Visit our FAQ page or contact us and we’ll answer all of your questions before we get started. Once you are ready to move forward, visit our Pricing page and select a package that best suits your needs. Complete the payment to submit your order so we can get started.
As soon as we receive your order, we will assign a dedicated project manager to you. Your dedicated project manager will continue to offer advice and will be at your service to help you throughout the entire process.
Discovery
Your project manager will contact you to complete our requirement gathering form which intuitively walks you through a series of questions to better understand your needs and effectively communicate your vision to us. This form will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and no preparation is necessary. Once you submit this form, your project manager will contact you to collect all the necessary information.
Please have an updated copy of your resume ready to share with us at this stage so we can get started right away.
Development
Once we have everything we need from you, our team will get started started right away to create the perfect website for you. Our team will deliver a website that looks beautiful and is fully functional, ready to go live. You will be provided a link to our staging server so you can monitor our progress and provide us with your feedback.
We will continue to test, revise and refine your website until you are 100% satisfied.
Launch
Now it’s time for everyone’s favorite part. Our team will make sure everything has been thoroughly tested, and you’re happy with the site. We’ll move your website from the staging server to production server and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Your project manager will send you a Zip folder of full backup, including full source code and all the files so you have 100% ownership and control.
Improve
Launching your website is just the beginning and our work is not complete. We’ll not only protect the investment you made by maintaining the website but will go one step further. We will use our tracking tools, analytics and feedback from your clients to make necessary improvements.
If you require changes, additions or updates, just send an email to your project manager and we’ll get it done.
Grow
Once your website is live, we want others to discover it. Your project manager will introduce you to one of our experienced online marketer after the launch who will do their own research to better understand your goals and to craft a marketing strategy and share it with you.
Marketing team member assigned to your project will continue to track your progress and offer you ideas and resources to grow your business and blow the socks off your competition
Support
Your dedicated account manager will help you with everything from start to finish. You can also count on our friendly and expert customer success and marketing team for any assistance after the launch.
We understand you may require changes from time-to-time and we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us with your request and no matter how big or small the change is, we’ll get it done.
